About us
Where most materials stop, we begin.
Most language materials end at the intermediate level. Advanced Languages exists for what comes next: real texts, real language, and the confidence to use them.
Authentic material
We teach through real writing such as news, articles and everyday texts, so you learn the language as native speakers actually use it.
A clear structure
Lessons are numbered and grouped into seasons, so every learner can follow a path from one lesson to the next or jump straight to what they need.

Our lessons are available online and on video, and each season is also published as a printed book.

Our founder
Founded by a polyglot
Advanced Languages was founded by a polyglot with a lifelong passion for learning languages. Our founder is a certified Chinese language specialist, speaks Thai fluently, and can read, understand and speak many other languages.
Every language our founder speaks was mastered largely through self-study. Advanced Languages is built on that experience: the methods and materials that make reaching an advanced level possible.
